Welcome to PinasPrint. By accessing or using our website,
services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
1.1 Services
- Custom printing services including lanyards, mugs, templates, and accessories
- Design customization and digital file uploads
- Bulk and corporate orders
1.2 User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete order information
- Ensure uploaded designs do not violate copyrights or trademarks
- Review proofs carefully before final approval
1.3 Intellectual Property
All website content, layouts, tools, and designs belong to PinasPrint unless
otherwise stated. Client-provided designs remain the property of the client.
1.4 Account Use
Registered, Premium, and Admin accounts are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of login credentials.
⚠️ PinasPrint reserves the right to refuse service for unlawful, abusive,
or inappropriate content.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of printing services, refunds are subject to the
conditions below:
2.1 Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after production has started
- Errors approved by the client during proof confirmation
- Color variations within acceptable printing tolerances
2.2 Refundable / Reprint Cases
- Defective or damaged items upon delivery
- Incorrect quantity or specifications caused by PinasPrint
- Severe printing errors not approved by the client
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order,
with supporting photos or videos.
💡 Approved refunds may be issued as reprints, store credits, or monetary
refunds depending on the situation.
3. Shipping Policy
PinasPrint delivers nationwide within the Philippines through trusted
courier partners.
3.1 Processing Time
- Standard orders: 3–7 business days
- Bulk or custom projects: subject to quotation and approval
3.2 Delivery Time
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial areas: 3–7 business days
3.3 Shipping Responsibility
Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject
to courier policies and external conditions.

Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional charges.
